The descriptions I've read made me think the ICE officer, what was his name, I haven't seen that mentioned anywhere, yet,... Anyway made me think he had fired thru the front windshield. He was in no danger, and decided based on his 15 minutes of training, that now was the moment to shoot someone thru their open driver's window. ICE OUT!!

There are some stills from after the SUV crashed that show there was a single gunshot in the lower right corner of the windshield. The other 3 (? it looked like 4 total shots in the video) went through the side window.
