MODERATORS
pools are annoying to clean, are you going to use it all the time, is the wife? you have to clean, drain disenfect with pool specific cleaners. my next door neighbor spend 2 months building a half assed deck that probablly cost 10s of thousands, likely over 100k just so they can sit on it on OCCASION, so wasteful and caused headaches for the neighbors like months.
