Barack Obama and the Democratic congress passed the ACA, help recover from the housing crash, passed protections to prevent another crash. Biden passed funding for green sources of energy and chip production in the US. During the Bush years, Democrats in congress passed amnesty for undocumented immigrants and a path to citizenship. The "2-sides are the same" crowd are either uninformed, or malicious

Barack Obama also spent years illegally drone striking innocent people in Yemen and bragged about how good he was at killing people.

As someone who kept my house only because of Obama's programs, I don't think the latter quite justifies the former.

Obamas housing rescue created the environment where corporations now own huge chucks of family homes. A majority of the groups that financed/backed the program were private investors and hedge funds. So if the person defaulted, that house became the property of a hedge fund for rental property.

Go back to your safe space, coward.

The weak minded always resort to ad hominem argumentum. You could use a good dose of class consciousness and historical materialism to discover your defense of fascists.

Let's explore this drone strike crap the Republicans sold and everyone bought.

  • The war was on going before he was elected.

  • drone tech advanced and managed to alter how US operated. Few people remember the amount of casualties early in Iraq/Afghanistan. Drone bombing replaced door to door raids that resulted in more soldiers dying.

  • calling the drone strikes illegal is roughly silly. Congress supported their use in military activity, that makes it legal. Failing to hit the right target or hitting the wrong target doesn't make it illegal, as evil as that sounds. The alternative before targeted drone strikes was carpet bombing.

Comparatively Obama ran the war in the middle east better than any president has handled a conflict in generations there's literally no arguing that. Should we have been there? Could he have pulled out of the war? Should strategy have been different to reduce innocent casualties? Those are questions you can ask but stating blindly how drone strikes were illegal and making him out to a warmonger is genuinely just not true.

Counter point on either end of Obama, Bush had I think it was 3,000 soldiera die under his command? Trump removed the rule requiring drone strikes to be public records and also has waged several completely illegal wars.

Obama hate is fuckin silly.

You're a child.

I'll take "child" over "war criminal apologist" any day

You're taking ignorance over any of it.

Imagine telling someone a truth and they intentionally become so obtuse.

In my country we call that a Republican. They dislike knowledge and when faced with information that affects their world view, they reject it outright.

You can list off Democrat accomplishments all day. These people have blinders on. They'd rather whine and vote for a completely and utterly non-viable 3rd party or not vote at all. Their critical thinking skills are non-existent.

The moment you start listing off actual, legitimate Dem accomplishments they think you're trying to imply that the Dems are picture perfect. Instead of acknowledging that you're pointing out real world ways in which Dems have actually helped average Americans WHILE also not being perfect.

They don't grasp what the saying "don't let perfect be the enemy of good" means.
