Oh no! Can you imagine if Russia attacked Ukrainian civilian targets? Because that's what they've been doing since 2014

It's from a movie called Zardoz. Sean Connery in red underwear and red suspenders that double as bullet holders. With thigh high black boots and a pony tail.

If your not sure whether to be aroused or terrified, that's understandable.
