MODERATORS
A Soviet and an American are flying to DC from Moscow. The American compliments the Soviet for their impressive propaganda. The Soviet replies "Thank you, but it's nothing compared to American propaganda." Confused, the American expresses that they don't have propaganda.
The Soviet replies:
"Exactly"
