YOU DON'T HAVE TO SUSTAIN IT WHEN YOU ADDRESS THE ROOT CAUSES, AND THEY GO AWAY.
It also pays for itself pretty much immediately. One person back on their feet and being productive covers the investment in like a month tops
Wait, I just had an idea for the first time ever that no one has ever thought of: what if bright but underprivileged minds were able to find access to education instead of being priced out of it? They might make something really cool!
