Not quite. Take a closer look at the icons.
The bottom left icons on the island makes me think it's set in the Assassins Creed universe. Since I have only played Black Flag, I'm pretty sure it's not from there.
Correct. It's the one game in the series that pushed Xbox One and PS4 a bit too far, but has, for the same reason, aged rather nicely.
