...i'm designing an egress facility right now, so i'm familiar with the subtleties of sizing rocket motors for pilot mass to keep the ejection system within survivable limits of acceleration, but that sort of low-altitude deployment is pretty impressive to see in real life; i expect each of those ~~airmen~~ aviators gladly accepts back trauma in lieu of the alternative...
