Admittedly, I'm sure we all have colleagues who would fit this description. (I think of one who kindly offers to handle issues for me with the only catch being that every time, it's taken three or four times as long as the request to hunt down his bugs or figure out why a client is rightly angry that what they got was half wrong... ahhh, the joys of a heavily unionized non profit.)
