It's long dead. Thankfully (sort of), our police force is a bunch of untrained sex offenders so a medium size crowd is basically unstoppable.

Wow, I was out of the loop of what was happening in Britain. These laws (already in place) are really scary, and shameful imo. These days it feels like the heartbeat of democracy is barely still beating
