50g limit in the home, but you can grow 3 plants? That's not contradictory at all.

aparently you have to immediatly destroy any overproduction

[-] Kyrgizion@lemmy.world 8 points 9 months ago

I always destroy overproduction. By combustion. I also inhale this waste smoke.

That's literally the worst option too lmao Germany really trying hard to fuck up legalization

yeah, thats my take away from what i read so far.

that club system seems downright hostile to casual / occasional consumption.

So they’re keeping the black market for tourists, but locals can buy through a complicated expensive system to preserve job opportunities for low level drug dealers.

that club system is so complicated.
and if i understood correctly also expensive unless you consume regularly /large ammounts.

ill probably just try to grow a plant on my balcony.

Sounds a little like the bullshit "legalisation" we have in the UK, where I'm still better off buying my medicinal weed the old fashioned way, than put myself through the bureaucratic nightmare they've set up to get it through the NHS.

Here in Canada, my province sells weed for high prices, it's dry shit, and takes up to a week to get delivered. So I still buy from the black or grey market, where it's fresher, better, cheaper and faster
