Trump about to ascend to Golden Core with those insights

[-] Erika3sis@hexbear.net 29 points 1 month ago

There's stoves everywhere for those with donuts to make

"Mr. President Trump Sir - who is your favorite Marvel superhero?"

"The Energy. The Donuts. The Stove. The cookin' with gas. He's the best one. Strong and powerful. I gotta say Amorphous."

[-] Adkml@hexbear.net 18 points 1 month ago

I can't fucking believe he knows the word amorphous.

[-] Formerlyfarman@hexbear.net 13 points 1 month ago

He has all the big words, the best words.

Remember when Howard Dean screaming goofy was regarded by media players as the reason his campaign failed

[-] Adkml@hexbear.net 11 points 1 month ago

Well yea but Dean at the time was the progressive candidate and Trump wants to cut the media players taxes.

[-] HamManBad@hexbear.net 9 points 1 month ago

If George Bush would have screamed like that they would have called it endearing. They hated Dean because he was sympathetic to the left (relative to the average Dem)

Little did we know he was talking about a TOKAMAK fusion reactor.

I like to imagine he just discovered how cooking works on his field trip to McDonalds last weekend

[-] merthyr1831@lemmy.ml 2 points 1 month ago

Firing his waiters and gleefully wheeling in a dozen plates of burnt fries for whitehouse guests, with a prideful grin across his face. the tomato ketchup is a cup of tomato juice mixed with flour to thicken it (no one taught him how reduction works yet)

Yeah, "brew beer around here is used to make the brewed beer here" moment.

Energy is everywhere people. It's huge and filled all around us. I came into this room and looked around and said, "Wow, look at all this energy." This guy, Robert Boyle, scientist, smart man, brilliant man, he told me he said, "Energy is stored in a medium around us. It's the luminiferous aether." Lu-mi-ni-fer-ous, now there's a funny word. I think it sparkles but we can't see it, I don't know. But he knows, the guy in the lab coat this Boyle fellow. He knows it well and I think we'll see more and more people talking about it.
