Looks very similar to default XeroLinux to me. Add a MacOS style panel at the bottom and it'll be an almost perfect replica.

Looks ok for a showcase but when doing real work, you usually need tabbed terminals and splits, along with a web browser...

But sure, unixporn is not pictures of people using their computer for work. :)

I can use tab terminal just fine with shortcut, if you look closely you can see I do have a browser

YOU need tabbed Terminals and splits for "real" work. That doesnt mean everyone does. I worked a year or so without all that. Workflow is a matter of preference.

Looking at the taskbar, they're using Kitty which has tabs and splits, and they have a browser running.
