Im 53 years old. I've seen grizzly bear, shark, and cougar victims. I work in one of the busiest level 1 trauma centers in the world. You know the high profile accidents that make the news? The plane and train crashes? I work in the ER that sees those patients. I couldn't care less what you think.
You know, the one person who is MOST aware that you're stupid and wrong is me.
I wasn't going to invite you to any parties anyway, but now I'm definitely not. Honestly, we're going to have to introduce sense-of-humor lessons at school.
Fibromyalgia has no specific test to confirm it. Being allergic to cigarette smoke is not a thing. Synesthesia became well known through social media a few years ago and suddenly was everywhere with no clinical diagnostic test.
They're just conditions that people can say they have without proof. They come in waves.
The original question was not "what bad thing are Americans guilty of?"
Well where I'm from its just what it's called. Most people would know what it is. I'm actually English and we call it A&E for Accident and Emergency, or Casualty. That's what I would have called it if I still lived there because that's what everyone there is used to. What you're basically asking for is for me to translate for you. Well, like I said, I'm English and live in the states. You think everyone thinks to translate American english for me? Use google. Its pretty clear I'm don't work in an erectile disfunction - unless that's a euphemism for America.
Well no reason other than that's what it's called here. Most people where I live would know what I'm talking about. I can't be responsible for all people who don't understand me. Im going to use the language that is commonly used where I live aren't I? It's not a room it's a department.
This is the one. It's a perfect relaxation show.
Three-ish years. We live in different countries, and covid happened.
I cope pretty well with it. Some people get really depressed when it happens to them. Im okay if there's noise. At night I listen to podcasts and use a fan next to my bed. At work it's less noticeable, although fir some reason people think it's fine to be mean if a coworker can't hear very well.
For me I had intermittent ringing for a year or two. It would always go away quickly. Then, one morning, I woke up with this much louder chirping sound that's always there.
I was a metal head. Too many gigs and loud earbuds.
Im the same as you. In my 50's. My hearing is severely damaged, and my right ear whistles like a thousand sex-crazed crickets 24/7.
...and then your retirement starts disappearing.
