It really doesn't, the cutoffs for testorone are fairly low and an actual problem for women with, say, PCOS. It also shows that transphobes do not understand biology beyond a third grade level, because elevated testosterone has fuckall to do with a woman having XY chromosomes, not to mention that a cis woman with XY chromosomes will most likely have some form of androgen insensitivity which would mean that you could dump as much testosterone into her body as possible before it just gets converted into estrogen and it still wouldn't have a performance-enhancing effect because testosterone just doesn't work on these people. That's why they have a female phenotype in spite of the XY kariotype.

Not that it matters, nobody did a karyogram on her. We just don't know what her kariotype is, and even if it was XY, it would be irrelevant in regards to her athletic performance, as outlined above.

It absolutely is, but i can only explain to cis people why they shouldn't trust trans people who advocate for medical gatekeeping or who deny the validity of nonbinary folks. That's easy and necessary. OTOH explaining to cis people at which point a trans person having a bad dysphoria day becomes a trans person with truscum brainworms pathologizing their transness is too much treading the needle and too much nuance for a casual conversation with somebody who's never felt dysphoria and where i don't know what the cis person will take away from it. So i prefer to leave that kind of stuff that goes beyond the blatantly obvious to conversations that take place within trans spaces.

But drinking on its own increases that risk to a 10 in 10,000, smoking is at 20 in 10,000, obesity is at 40 in 10,000. All of these are factors for heart disease as well, and it seems they have not been accounted for at all.
