I don't disagree with you, but I think what is even more likely is Trump will promise him a cabinet position in exchange for dropping out, but he won't actually follow through with it.

Not sure, but to be on the safe side just don't title it "Black Myth Wukong is the most impactful global phenomenon to come out of China since the pandemic".

The 90s: "How could we ever put someone in charge who's so stupid he can't even spell potato?"

George W. Bush: "Watch this drive"

Donald J. Trump: "unintelligible gibberish"

Well, they can attack him on his policies. He has a track record of promoting unions, affordable healthcare, free meals for schoolchildren, paid family and sick leave... You know, things the rich and powerful somehow have managed to convince a huge chunk of uneducated working class are bad.

Sure, that's a nice goal for the future. But until legislative measures have been taken and regulations have been put in place you can't afford to be moral highgrounding on this issue if you want to win.

People were talking about brain drain at Mercedes back in 2020 I think, or 2021? When a bunch of engineers left due to a combination of forced personnel cuts due to budget cap and a bunch being poached by Red Bull and Aston Martin.

Looks like we are starting to see the effects of it. Third year running with massive correlation errors at Merc? Not a good look.

The biggest thing I'd wish for is full markdown support, stuff like spoiler tags, superscript and tables is still not working properly and it would be nice if it did.

I also don't know if this is a bug others experience or if I have messed something up on my device, but clicking community links sometimes opens up the link in browser instead of in Sync.

Finally, highlighting new comments on a thread re-visit would be a dream, but last I heard it wasn't supported by the backend. But maybe an option to highlight comments made during the last X minutes as a sort of hack?

Oh yeah I do. Wow that takes me back. Stamina, kicks, acrobatics, finishing animations and beheadings. That was a great mod.

Was it the engine or the ruleset? It's widely accepted that D&D 5E is sorta hot garbage at higher levels so I was assuming that's what Larian was referring to.

I love Disco Elysium with all my heart, but suggesting it to a person who talks with emphasis about combat systems and strategic depth is sort of dangerous.

Disco Elysium is a novel masquerading as a game. If you like that and approach it as such, it can be extremely rewarding, but there isn't much gameplay to be had.

I have no horse in the race regarding spoilers since I tend to avoid news and social media completely when the time zone prevents me from watching live. I do however, have some feedback about the post-race thread, anyway.

Regardless of allowing spoilers or not, I feel naming the official sticky post race thread something like "GP X Post-Race Discussion" would be more appropriate and inviting for conversation than "Max Verstappen Wins GP X".

I know it's a small thing, but this season especially I don't have that much to say about Max winning another one and it would be clearer that the thread is supposed to be used for general post race talk if it had a more open general name.

Perhaps that's just me.

I'm more curious if any Lemmy app shows up if you search for Reddit.
