Yes it's tied to your identity. That's what PII is. It's also not tied at all to your OS.
Listened to the first episode and I don't have any negative feedback. You might consider running your audio through Auphonic. Really great hands-off editor that can take quality to another level. But it's fine as is.
They don't care. It's not their information and there are no consequences.
They banned them from riding just...anywhere? Or from public roads?
I was in the Cinny room at one point and it got spammed with CSAM at one point. It was traumatic.
