I don't think it's necessarily a third-party reseller thing. I bought tickets a few days ago literally from their app, only to get the same email that said I needed to 'verify my identity' because I bought the tickets for an 'unauthorized third-party reseller'.
I think I've put together a fix for this issue in d5fff14cb0. Could you please test this in the nightly?
I'm not sure what could cause this issue. Does cleaning the cache/app data help?
Also, there is a new issue on Codeberg similar to this one (https://codeberg.org/Bazsalanszky/Eternity/issues/170). Could it be related?

By default, I think it’s just Active or something. I’ll have to verify…
In your first screenshot it it says Top on the app bar. There were some issues with that (I was able to replicate your issue with top month), so I think you should try a nightly build and see if the issue persists for you. If it does It might worth opening a Codeberg ticket for it.
What sort type are you using? There were some issues with them a while ago.
