Amazing! Now I need to start a community with rules… with blackjack and hookers…
I have a 5700xt and have had a ton of issues as well. I went to a 3090ti but now I’m having different issues. The grass isn’t greener.
Node-Red is a graph flow tool and MQTT is a protocol. Neither of which can do what HA does, so not sure why that comment was made.
Lilium is developing an electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) "jet," which uses ducted electric vectored thrust engines. It's not a jet engine in the traditional sense, but an electric motor-driven propulsion system. The distinction lies in the absence of combustion; it relies on electric motors to power fans for thrust. So, while it's called a "jet," the term is being used more for marketing than technical accuracy.
Please do look into the internet archive, and anyone who cares about history of the internet, abandoned software/games, public domain media, etc., please consider donating to them as they are under attack by our corporate overlords.
Why is this possible in browsers to begin with? We need a new generation of browsers that sandbox everything like little VMs a la QubesOS
If you’re feeling adventurous, you could try to build your own version of LineageOS for your device. Hardest part is probably going to be figuring out drivers for the kernel.
I, myself, have a blocklist a mile long. Communities as well as users. It’s made my mental health go way up. Some may argue I’m in an echo chamber but I much prefer conversations with pleasant and/or likeminded people to getting verbally shat all over.
Exactly. When does that ever happen? Covid 19 contact tracing was the pretense to get this tech through the door. Literally government trackers in everyone’s pockets.
Windows has complete access to the WSL file system, so there’s zero privacy improvement. If you’re concerned with privacy, take a look at Arch Linux or Gentoo to install only the components you want, or if you are looking for extreme privacy, check out Tails or possibly QubesOS. Those are probably not the place to start learning about Linux but you mentioned privacy. Ubuntu, Fedora, etc. all have telemetry and crap built in so if you want privacy/anonymity you should look at other systems like the ones I mentioned. Have fun, good luck.
As a mobile app user, I haven’t figured out how to do that yet. Memmy has the option but I don’t know if it actually works.
Since you brought it up, what is the difference there? Do you mean gameplay design as in the whole game is this way or as in this scene is not a level? (No I didn’t watch OP’s video.)
