Wow, that's courageous, well done. I'm envious. I'm still battling with the sunk-cost fallacy mostly related to my youtube account. My gmail just redirects to my new mail address currently, so that's sort of sorted until I've gone through 20 years of created accounts that are linked to it.
Thanks! Even if you can't detach completely the fact that you don't accept it and try to escape is a big step forward that many don't take.
