It's literally what the law is today, what do you mean "in advance"?
Do you people understand that Bluesky has the greatest need to implement this because it's less corporate than Twitter and Reddit etc? Bluesky being as open and permissible as it is means that they can't control what percentage of the network is porn. Twitter and Reddit can have stricter rules that keep the amount of objectionable material below the threshold.
People here actually believe companies should just accept fines and their execs accept jail on their behalf rather than the company comply with laws they don't like.
We jail execs in the US? Huh. Didn't know that.
