How about GTA2? That's by far the best game in the series! When are we going to get to play that one again?
I wasn't aware this wasn't playable (then again, the same applies to the first game), but you may be interested in checking out spiritual sort of reboots like skillshot city?
Oh, apparently Rockstar has made it playable again at some point. Nice! :)
