So I was just looking through literature.cafe a bit, and came across this excellent comment chain by Janvier. It outlines the history and culture of Hexbear, and makes a very solid argument for defederating them.
TL;DR- Don't defederate Hexbear because they're a bunch of genocide-apologist authoritarians. Defederate them because they're annoying, and will burn out your moderators.
Report every hexbear comment and let the mods know how you feel. Should send the message.

Sure bro. Pointing out that they're suggesting the exact definition of report abuse is "trolling."
Reporting != report abuse.
Their reporting is legitimate because the tankies actually are concern trolling, brigading and causing problems.
But we both know you won't admit that and will argue the point into the ground because you, yourself are concern trolling. Just how the game is played.
Basically every hexbear comment is disruptive and designed to provoke drama. They are not participating in good faith, and I suspect they coordinate to boost their fringe political views.
I think it's perfectly fine to report them if I suspect that.
They literally said "report every hexbear comment," but feel free to keep up the self righteous act.
That's because the entire instance is created to disrupt and nobody sane signs up there to participate in good faith
