Wait till you find the Helmet of Grit. It was so good it got sent from Act 1 to Act 3 at Launch.
The Fact that this is used for an Elixir actually counts against it. Very few builds benefit from using Universal Resistance over Battlemage Prowess and Bloodlust.
I don't think resistance is what OP has in mind.
That's all Divine Bone Shard does.
Edit: you and OP are refering to Name + Shape; Meh I've seen bigger. Grow up nothing to regret here other than the weak mechanics. If the devs wanted to really drive the point home they would have made it silencing.
