I wanna read into this of course, but I like how he singled out that Yuki is Japanese. He knows that the Japanese are hard working and commited! Unlike those South Americans!
The sentence is almost certainly “Yuki is an up and coming Japanese’s Driver” and the quote was intentionally shortened to make it sound more racist than it was (which is not at all)
But why did he metion Yuki is Japanese, but not Danny Ric being and Aussie or Lawson being a New Zealander?
It's because this article is garbage: of you watch the original German video what he says is
Which translates to
Which reads more like referring to iwasa who is also in the RB juniors program.
