- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). So by not voting for Biden you’ll get trump. Trump just wants to ban all Muslims… so yea… good luck with that.
I am done voting for the lesser evil.
All it does is increase the overall evil.
We have been increasing the overall evil for FAR too long.
I saw comments just like this usher trump into office the first time.
Then force your party to support better candidates?
Elect better candidates in the primary? This year there is an incumbent. Let's defeat, not elect, the greater evil.
And the incumbent is massively funding genocide and is trying to make that funding a closed door black box process.
Don't support the rapist con artist fascist. Don't support the genocidal fascist.
Only support good people.
Your hyperbole is ridiculous. Trump actually is those things, and not voting for Biden is equivalent to supporting him. Replace first-past-the-post then vote for whoever you like, until then your obstinance is stupid and self-sabotaging.
Yes, by making the voter turnout abysmal.
Don't give ANY corrupt assholes the stats to allow them to claim they are what America wants.
If you have noone worth voting for, be loudly disenfranchised.
This is an excellent quote and fits the situation perfectly
Then have a real primary. If no one can beat Biden, what is there to lose?
Then the party needs to address this better this time around.
That's what primaries are for.
The DNC is clandestine.
They hold a primary election to make you feel involved, then they throw a party and put forth whoever they feel like it.
Same model as the electoral college but with zero accountability instead of virtually no accountability.
All your vote does is inform The Party that you are buying their horseshit.
Ok what is your solution? Or are you just trying to stir things up and then give up?
A vote isn't a say in anything in particular.
A vote is raising your hand in the attendance check.
Stop giving corrupt people your attendance.
Register independent. Vote on laws, not people. Pray the fire smothers without your fuel (your vote) so that we can finally build anew.
I’m so tired of having this argument.
I voted 3rd party in 2016, and guess what happened? Outside of organizing some massive vote for a 3rd party candidate, all you're doing is preaching to the choir. Ineffectively.
We do what we can.
You support fuckers that literally run ads for far right politicians like Trump, helping them win their primaries so they can get the "easy" win. Not to mention the corruption and the utter fucking stupidity that went into nominating people like Hillary and Biden over Bernie TWO ELECTIONS IN A ROW!
You got trump into office, and your hostile attitude towards people who don't unconditionally kiss democrat ass will ensure he returns. I hope some day you realize that and it makes you feel absolutely fucking horrible for making so much horrible shit happen
you don't know who the fuck i support. i'm just telling you what i saw. you're either extremely reactionary or arguing in bad faith. kindly fuck off.
I don't care.
Lesser evil rhetoric is horse-shit.
Not to mention Hilary wouldn't have been any better. If she got in office we would probably still be balls deep in war with Syria. She rigged the DNC and ushered in Trump.
Don't regret not voting for her. I do regret voting for Biden's genocide though.
This is your answer.
