8. Nose ringing (to prevent the baby calve from suckling, no anesthetic)

9. Udder singe (burning an udder to remove the hair, no anesthetic)

10. High stocking density (cramped, unhygienic conditions, infections go untreated, shit everywhere)

12. Separation from child (calves) immediately after birth (so we can get that milk)
