MODERATORS
This is what I dislike about merc/toto. When they were winning they used to sing of how sportsmanship is very important and try to exude this holier than thou attitude. The moment they have stopped winning, the masks have come of and now they seem just as cutthroat as RB and horner. At least horner never hides the fact that he is a bastard who will take any advantage that comes to his team
Absolutely. They put on an image of a "perfect non toxic team" for 6 years. The milisecond they stopped winning all the time they became the complete opposite of that.
I get every team wants to win, every team tries it. And I can maybe understand that they got used to winning.
But mercedes are not owed jack shit. And the fact they keep acting like they are owed a win or something makes me wish even harder that its gonna be McLaren or Ferrari who catch up to Redbull. Not them.
I think they still didn't get over Abu Dhabi 2021
Their fans sure as heck didn't.
I am obviously not an expert, but I don't think you can win a championship on spite alone. Doubly, so if it's against a person who is no longer part of the sport.
