IDK I imagine having a baseball diamond readily accessible to residents would lend itself toward building a stronger sense of community.
I meant the way too much grass in the outfield. I doubt people are gonna be grand slamming it far enough out that that would be a problem even if they are playing baseball a lot, and it would definitely be better to have something like a little woods to stop balls from flying out into the road all the time.
