I kind of blame government for this because I don't see much effort by the government. awareness programs is not visible. if only we fight dengue with at least 10% of effort fighting covid.

In recent weeks dengue case and death numbers are similar to Covid. But one has a fancy up-to-date dashboard, the other still has info buried in media statements.

The govt and MoH can only do so much as current dengue vaccines come with many caveats and people have concerns with releasing GM mosquitos to control the wild population. As the article/tweet suggests, we should play our part too in the fight against dengue.
