Not a fan of this article. Seems incredibly light on information.

Why open source

This section covers reasons the author feels you should choose opensource but then makes no comparison, and the reasons why are all debatable.

Is it open source vs closed source, commercial solutions? Many open source projects will require licenses when you use it in a commercial environment.
