The problem is that he's always been a stupid, self-important blowhard that tells rambling, pointless stories, so his incoherence is less pronounced. Biden, for all his faults, was a great orator and debator, even around 2016 to 2018, so his drop-off in the last five years was a stark shift.
I want it to happen live. Mid speech.
If Biden made it through four years, I have little doubt Trump will do so as well.
