If it's too close to the primary to overturn, it was too close to redraw the districts. Fuck SCOTUS
“The district court improperly inserted itself into an active primary campaign, causing much confusion and upsetting the delicate federal-state balance in elections,” the supreme court said in an order explaining its decision.
And how exactly is SCOTUS at all relevant here? This seems to me to be far more of an upset of federal-state balance.
Anyway, the Supreme Doormat strikes again I guess.
