He's killed one pope already. Folks have been excommunicated for far less.
Excommunicating him would probably just make him more popular with his voting base. I won’t be surprised to see him convert to “evangelical”, divorce his non-white non-Christian wife, and then marry Charlie Kirk’s widow.
That couch fucker killed the Pope just by looking at him.
Evil little prick
Did the Nazi Party have their own little neopagan rituals anyway? Not sure "JD" "Vance" will really care if he's excommunicated.
It's not about whether he cares. It's about the message it will send to the tens of millions of Christians in this country who still care what the Vatican says.
Fair. It will definitely be fun, even if most of these conservatives are only doing their xtianity thing performatively. And as you say, might peel off a few Catholics that are still Republicans that care about such things.
The Nazis had all the outward xtian stuff to keep a xtian mask on all the shit they did and to maintain buy-in from xtians - meanwhile, more than a few of the inner circle appropriated a bunch of neopagan stuff for themselves and to reinforce their silly beliefs about race. Would not surprise me if some of the people at the top of this maladministration have adopted some of the same appropriated bullshit.
Henry the VIII is come calling again
10 signatures...? That's sad man.
Not as sad as not trying at all.
I agree. Sorry.
