This is old news, as the optional ML/AI components have been added to the installer as an opt in, thankfully they understand that there aren't a lot of people that want LLM garbage. However, it still rubs me the wrong way that they're playing with the tools that are used to parasitize open source projects and even spam them with slop.

They have a ML API that can be added to the system. It's up to you if you install it or not.

The non official Debian repos scare me with all the npm attacks ~~vectors~~ happening, making me feel repos in general are vulnerable

Edit: I did try and like pika os though. Just a shame it's just 2 Guys and I want something stable

Yes. Especially since I figured out how to get steam games to use the Nvidia graphics card instead of the onboard intel one
