Ah, this reminded me of the old Linklater film Waking Life. Haven't thought about it for a long time. I used to be really into lucid dreaming when I was young and loved that movie.
Funnily, the couple of times I do remember my dreams, my mind likes to use the changing time against me to turn them into nightmares
