Apologies if this is covered in a FAQ somewhere, I couldn't find anything!

If I'm part of a community here, but the sole moderator has been AWOL, is there a process for getting more mods assigned just so any issues can be dealt with until the original mod hopefully returns? I tried searching for a requests community or a support ticket email address etc and came up empty handed but I might just have missed it.

Thanks for any info.

The technical side of the process is not difficult: The instance admin(s) appoint someone as a moderator and let them handle it.

Now, in regards to social guidelines? That's likely to vary from instance to instance. I don't currently have one in place because I also run both of my instances' communities.

I think the question is: what steps do I take to get the admins attention.

Is it just to make a post here? Is there a support community? Is there a way to submit a ticket? Is there someone to email?

Message @thedude here or on matrix I guess?

Sorry I should've been clearer there. I was specifically asking about the process for communities hosted on sh.itjust.works :)

Although as someone who enjoys being both comfy AND snug I have to say your instance name is marvellous!
