Panelo did the best version of the commute from a public official I've ever seen. Way better than Poe who went on a less busy day or Roque who had a dozen hawi boys. Granted it was only for a day, but at least he did it and it took him four hours, which confirms that there is a transport crisis regardless of what he claims.
Panelo refused to admit he was wrong though.
That's true, but it didn't matter because the fact it took him nearly 4 hours (and had to cheat near the end by hitching) already showed he's in denial and contradicted his claims.
