I think the team that works on the Lemmy Android app (Jerboa) is a separate team to the team that works on the Lemmy backend.

When I read about this yesterday, I was so damn happy about it! I loved Sync for the last ~10 years and I am thrilled to have the dev on lemmy. Its going to be awesome!
