This doesn't look like a drop, it looks like the base tie stats. This screen shot doesn't have any ranges on it.

I think this is the one thing I'm worried about playing is druid. Is not actually finding this for hours on end.

I hope by one season 1 start second play druid and they buffed them a little bit
