Linux_gaming is looking for additional mods (slrpnk.net)

Due to unfortunate circumstances the second mod here stepped down and I am also having issues properly moderating this lemmy.ml community due to various smaller bugs with federated moderation of Lemmy.

So it would be nice if someone, preferably with a lemmy.ml account, would be willing to help out.

This community is mostly uncontroversial, so it really isn't that much work.

Edit: We have two volunteers. I guess that is sufficient for now. Thanks!

I'd be happy to help out, but I'm on the Sopuli instance. I believe lemmy fixed the issues where you couldn't moderate a community unless you were on the same instance, but I haven't actually tried yet. I currently moderate !steamdeck@sopuli.xyz

If you find good mods from lemmy.ml feel free to pick them over me, I just wanted to offer my help.

Thanks for the offer. Yeah some bugs have been fixed, but there are still some more... Lets see how it works out with the other two on lemmy.ml that offered to help ☺️

Hi there! Looks like you linked to a Lemmy community using a URL instead of its name, which doesn't work well for people on different instances. Try fixing it like this: !steamdeck@sopuli.xyz
