Is there any NO KYC exchange for Monero that works? I mean: not "eventually", not "maybe", not "it should but it's complicated", not "wait in a couple of months/years"? A NO KYC where you can buy XMR with cash or exchange other cryptos for XMR or sell XMR for cash or exchange for other cryptos?

I mean, I read a lot of things written here but in the end, in my mind that's the only relevant question : any alternative to localmonero that works, now, right now, like at this present second, which is safe and anonymous?
