Genuine No Stupid Question: Doesn't this gaz Affect like the Nerve System which means that it kills slowly people? Compare to something like Cannabis which temporarily only alters the sense but does not damage the body?

I have no problem with this. Honestly, as others have said, here in Australia, tired of seeing dumped canisters, and it is clear that its a problem which is growing out of control, and its a problem which companies are exploiting for profit.
