Pennsylvania's Supreme Court affirmed the lower Commonwealth Court decision in a one-page order, saying it agreed with Schmidt's office that West failed to file the required affidavits for 14 of West's 19 presidential electors by the Aug. 1 deadline.

These third parties are so bad at filing paperwork it amazes me that anyone thinks they could lead a country…

Its almost like they don't want or plan on actually winning, only sowing chaos

This guy is not serious, and should be ignored. He's only on the ballot in 15 states. Among other flaws, like taking money from Harlan Crow.

By August, the campaign reported being $17,000 in debt. The campaign was aided by Republican-aligned groups, donors, and lawyers, to get on the ballot in several states including Michigan,[56] Georgia,[57] Virginia, Nebraska, Maine, North Carolina,[58] Arizona[59] and Wisconsin.[59][60] Although West stopped actively campaigning, registered Republicans have signed up to be electors for West in swing states.[11] His campaign had only spent $2,400 on signature gathering between January and June of 2024.

If Republican big wigs are showering you with money to do something, save your soul and don't fucking do it.

The kremlins not gonna be happy about this, hopefully Stien is enough of a spoiler on her own but i think they aimed to take votes from different demographics and with west trailing stien has been trying to win over more uninformed black voters and getting clowned in the attempt.
