USPS carriers love their new mail trucks
(www.nytimes.com)
I mean, relative to what carriers used to drive in, which were effectively refrigerated death boxes, anything would be an improvement.
Refrigerated? I heard that they were lucky to get a working fan
I don't know how they have stayed on the road as long as they have.
Seen some rural postmen have some shitboxes that are borderline yellowed from age
My partner was a carrier one year during the holidays when they have a crapton of Amazon packages to deliver. They have stories about sliding backwards down icy driveways.
Is the USPS making sure a news outlet posts this every few weeks?
