The Soviets made single stage rocket launchers that could make it the roughly 300 miles from Rivendale to Mordor, so I figured with the craftsmanship of the dwarves, the light and strong materials of the elves, and Gandalf’s magical fireworks they could make something to go at least a hundred miles.
