@rhythmisaprancer yes, but there is a fence separating the construction site. Probably there's a hole in the fence somewhere, but I didn't check

Well at least the one on the left does. The one on the right is hard to distinguish through the trees.

They've been abandoned before they were completed. They're like that for a few years already
