If you want things to stop happening, why did you post this new raccoon meme? Which is it, OP?
Perhaps by the raccoon meme existing at all, it could be argued to have already happened, and therefore it is not in violation of the OP's expressed desire of things to stop happening?
The posting in itself may technically be another happening of the raccoon meme, but if one does not see the posting as another happening, then there has been no new happening, maybe?
