From what I googled it means non kosher junk food? Doesn't seem that bad. Other than goy being a derogatory term for all non Jews.

Why call a vagina a vajayjay. Because it's fun.
But in this case it's definitely because they want to refer to the Jewish conspiracy stuff. It's /pol/ after all
I don't really think your example is equivalent. Vagina and vajayjay convey the same meaning (with a possibility of self-censorship because you know...vagina). And as you said, the 4chan one does not.
We can't just "It's not that serious" away shit like this anymore, not when these dog whistles are being used in the mainstream without people knowing their actual meaning (like the person I replied to). I know this is a green text community, but we can still use critical thinking.
