MODERATORS
Ive seen people talk about how to increase their testosterone level(or avoid decreasing it), but arent there pills with the purpose of increasing it?
my dad has a testosterone gel. because without it he cannot gain hardly any muscle at all, like I worked out for like 2 months and could lift more than he could in over 1+ year of working out 5 days a week.
